The European Commission has just recalled the children’s watch, Enox Safe Kid one, for serious safety risks. The watches sold and those on sale were recalled and withdrawn. This watch, which is supposed to provide a certain safety for children, offers an opportunity for attacking malicious people. The European Commission has therefore ordered the recall of these objects connected by the RAPEX (Rapid Alert System) procedure. Marketed by the German company Enox, the watch is equipped with a GPS that allows parents to track and geolocate the child in real time. In addition, parents can communicate directly with them. However, the data is not encrypted and allows hackers to access the child’s location and communicate with him/her.
